He is a previous UK hospital consultant, university lecturer. Currently he is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and adjunct Clinical Professor at Qatar University’s Dental College.

Dr Haris was born and raised in the UK. He completed his Doctorate from the University of Glasgow and Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
