Consultant in Urology (full time ), in Al Assad University Hospital Damascus from november 1997 – till –february 2014 (17 years ) There I did practiced all kind of urological activities (general urology) with an interest for pediatric urology , uro oncology with major surgeries on ( bladder cancer , prostate , adrenals , renal tumors .) In Endo urology ( ureteroscopy) diagnostic and laser treatment for ureteral stones and tumors , bladder tumor and urethral strictures , HOLEP technic for BPH I introduced the Laparoscopic surgery in 2001 to the urology departement : practicing varicocelectomy , renale cyst decortication,treatment of ureteral stones ,ectopic testis , adrenalectomies ,nephrectomies (benign patholgy, malignent tumors) In may 2008 we establish the departement of Renal Transplantation in AlAssad university hospital Damascus , with living donors protocol only,doing live donor nephrectomies mainly open and by laparoscopy (hand assisted harvesting) , with approximatly 108 transplantations per year .

I was assigned for the resident training program in the departement of urology.
In private sector I practice in my private clinic located in Damascus since 1984 till March 2014 I work my private operations since 10 years (2000) in the Italian hopsital – Damascus , practicing all kind of open as well endoscopic surgery.
