ولد الدكتور سوشيل وترعرع في الهند. يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية والهندية. تخرج من الدكتور M.G.R. جامعة مادراس الطبية ، الهند في عام 1994 ، وعملت كطبيب أسنان متخصص في علاج الأسنان في كلية الطب الحكومية كوتايام ، الهند في عام 1997. كان لديه عيادة خاصة في الهند قبل مجيئه إلى الشرق الأوسط. ولديه ترخيص ILS (دعم فوري للحياة) ورخصة إشعاعية يتم تحديثها بانتظام.
