الدكتور سامر الدغلاوي طبيب أسنان أخصائي في جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين ولد في الجمهورية العربية السورية عام 1982. أكمل دراسته في الجمهورية العربية السورية حيث حصل على شهادة إجازة في طب الأسنان من جامعة البعث عام 2006 ، ثم أكمل دراسة الاختصاص لمدة خمس سنوات كمقيم في شعبة الجراحة الفكية في مشفى دمشق، وحصل على شهادة البورد السوري كاخصائي في جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين عام 2014.
جاء إلى دولة قطر وبدأ العمل كطبيب أسنان أخصائي في جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين في مركز الطائي الطبي ولايزال يعمل فيه حتى الآن.
