تحصل الدكتور عماد الدين مصلح على إجازة الدكتوراه في جراحة الأسنان من جامعة دمشق سنة 1990 ثم واصل دراساته ليتحصل على شهادة الكفاءة في تقويم الأسنان من وزارة الصحة السورية سنة 2004.
عمل الدكتور عماد كطبيب أسنان في عيادة خاصة من سنة 1990 إلى سنة 2013 كما أنه عمل كدكتور مقيم في المستشفى الجامعي بسوريا ليتخصص في طب الأسنان من سنة 2000 إلى 2004
كما أن الدكتور عماد الدين قدم عدة محاضرات تثقيفية لطلاب مدرسة الأمم المتحدة في دمشق، وشارك في العديد من المؤتمرات والدورات العلمية و هو عضو في الجمعية السورية لأطباء الأسنان
